About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance Team Leader to join Programmed, ensuring the quality of audits conducted under the Housing ACT Facility Management contract.
You will be responsible for updating the Annual Quality Assurance Plan, reviewing the internal QA framework, and driving compliance across subcontractor performance. Your role involves conducting regular spot checks, targets audits, and preparing detailed reports with risk analysis and recommendations for improvement.
This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to carry out audits, address client complaints and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and ISO 9001 standards. You will be a key point of contact for inquiries and oversee the quality of field audits and investigations to ensure timely conflict resolution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Conducting quality audits on subcontractors working under the Housing ACT Facility Management contract
- Updating the Annual Quality Assurance Plan and reviewing internal QA frameworks
- Conducting regular spot checks and targeted audits to ensure contract compliance
- Preparing audit reports, including findings, opportunities for improvement and recommendations
- Investigating complaints and preparing responses to resolve conflicts
- Acting as an escalation point for inquiries and complaints
- Collaborating closely with the Compliance and Engagement Manager on activities
About You
- Experience conducting audits and preparing audit reports
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 preferred but not essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience investigating and resolving complaints, preparing reports and managing risk
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
