Our team is growing and we are currently seeking the right fit for the role recently become vacant as our Housekeeping Supervisor located in Robina, Gold Coast, employed on a Full-Time basis. The housekeeping team are responsible for the cleaning of student accommodation facilities at a university. The role would be rostered on Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.06pm.



The Position:



  • Supervision of cleaners in relation to day-to-day cleaning, work within building

  • Issuing and managing rosters and accurately logging timesheets

  • Leading a team of up to 10

  • Control of the cleaning budget

  • Carry out cleaning inspection, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations

  • Receive and respond to emails

  • Review stock levels and complete the orders

  • Maintenance of cleaning records and compliance standards

  • Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers

Minimum Criteria:



  • Experience in cleaning operations; Commercial or hotel

  • Demonstrated sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high level cleaning with an eye for detail

  • National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue

  • Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job

  • Professional presentation and customer service

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management.
