Position: Window Service Technician

Location: Office is in Dandenong South however jobs will be through Melbourne Metro
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel throughout metro Melbourne to perform maintenance and repair work on aluminum windows.


• Diagnose and resolve issues with window systems, including mechanical, structural, and aesthetic problems.


• Conduct inspections and provide expert advice on window service needs.


• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their requirements and concerns are addressed.


• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards in all interactions.


• Manage and organize tools and equipment required for service tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in servicing and repairing aluminum windows.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.


• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.


• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


• A positive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
