Mechanic

Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.

Role Purpose:

As a workshop mechanic you will be responsible for effective diagnosis and repair of our customers heavy fleet and trailers.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Carry out diagnostic procedures


• Use and maintain tools and equipment in an automotive workplace


• Servicing and repairing of trailers


• Assemble and fit braking system component


• Maintaining a high standard of record keeping


• Servicing FUSO and Mercedes Trucks


• Any other mechanical related duties

Skills, Experience, Qualifications:

• Trade qualification in LV/HV/Diesel Mechanic


• Hold valid driver's license


• Heavy ridged licence advantageous


• Forklift license advantageous


• Team player


• Free onsite car parking


• Previous experience in similar role


• Able to pass a police check and medical
