The Role


The ABC is looking for a motivated, customer focused procurement coordinator, preferably experienced in tendering processes and guidelines. The role can be based in either, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. Under the general direction from the Procurement team, the role will include:

Supporting procurement partners and the ABC business in tender release, submissions and evaluation.
Provision of end user guidance for the ABC’s source to contract system.
Liaising with and supporting suppliers during tender process.
Identification of continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinating the ABC-wide Office Supply, Promotional Items and Contingent Labour contracts and catalogues.

About You

You are familiar with and subscribe to the principles of probity, transparency and value for money and have experience preparing and running tenders. Your skills and experience will also include:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced computer skills and experience in a range of computer-based applications, including but not limited to; Microsoft 365 and SAP.
Demonstrated experience with Government procurement process (or equivalent).
