Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • ICT Technical Support: Provide support for users of systems and applications, helping to resolve issues promptly to maintain business continuity.

  • Systems Administration: Assist with Windows Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments, supporting system setups and maintaining critical infrastructure.

  • Hardware and SOE Management: Prepare, install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and Standard Operating Environments (SOEs), including the Microsoft 365 Office suite.

  • Network Device Setup: Configure, install, and maintain network peripheral devices such as MFUs, printers, scanners, modems, Wi-Fi access points, and MS Teams soft-phones.

  • SOE Deployment: Support hybrid SOE deployment using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues, minimizing operational disruptions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior support teams and external suppliers to manage technical issues, including coordinating warranty incidents.

  • Training and Documentation: Provide training and induction for new and existing users, and assist with the creation and maintenance of user documentation and self-help guides.

  • Service Desk Management: Prioritize and resolve service desk requests, escalating more complex issues when necessary.
