About You Minimum qualifications Bachelor of Nursing Key Selection Criteria (essential): Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Charter of Aged care Rights and Aged Care Act 1997 Well developed and contemporary clinical skills and knowledge, including the application of Infection Control practices and principles Sound communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Well developed time management skills and the ability to adhere to time frames Awareness of the Australian National Aged Care Classification funding model (AN-ACC) Demonstrated ability to achieve optimal outcomes within a culture of continuous improvement Desirable (non-essential): Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Aged Care Awareness of the clinical indicator reporting requirements? Proficient in the use of electronic documentation systems Knowledge and experience of the Accreditation process
