Apptium Technologies is actively looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator that will specialize in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. The Administrator will be a Subject Matter Expert and is responsible for establishing, installing, and troubleshooting Office 365 installations to fulfil Apptium’s requirements. They ensure the infrastructure is safe, up to current, and optimized for maximum performance. This includes maintaining user accounts, putting in place security measures, and ensuring that collaboration and communication flow smoothly throughout the business. need

Responsibilities:

• Organize and direct the configuration and operation of information management systems.
• Provide the day-to-day system administration, including system and resource optimization, and user assistance.
• Conduct capacity and performance analysis and provides system configuration change and upgrade recommendations.
• Increase system administrator efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts, develop system administrator procedures, and conduct system administrator training and skills assessment.
• Reviewing, installing, and running Microsoft policies, rules, etc. for compliance.
• Be responsible for such things as Microsoft 365 portal, Exchange Online, security, discovery, compliance, MFA, Teams, etc.
• Determine computer user needs.
• Analyze system capabilities and programming techniques and controls.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a systems administrator.
• Experience with managing daily activities of configuration and operation of systems.
• Experience with performing system capacity analysis and planning.
• Experience with maintaining servers, creating monitoring reports and logs, and ensuring functionality of system links.
• Ability to monitor systems for acceptable performance and user accessibility, establish back-ups, and monitor systems security.
