Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's fantastic digital agency based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. You’ll be a crucial link between clients and our development team, ensuring smooth delivery of projects that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple digital and IT projects from initiation to completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
• Collaborate with the development team, ensuring they have clear project briefs and timelines
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful, on-time delivery
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within IT or digital environments
• Strong experience in client liaison and managing client expectations
• Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, translating technical requirements into clear action points
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

Desirable (but not essential):

• Certification or experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
