£40,000 + benefits
Are you a highly organised and proactive Administrator, looking for a varied role in operations ?

Our client is a leading international business advisory firm with established corporate clients. They are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their existing team and act as a lynchpin in keeping systems and projects in order.

4 days in office/1 day wfh
What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Taking responsibility for projects and administration of CRM system
- Updating the administration of the cloud-based accounting system (Xero)
- Managing accounts payable, receivable and day to day reconciliation
- Onboarding new clients
- General office administration
- Expenses management
The skills you need to bring:
- Previous experience in a fast paced administrative role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop skillset
- Advanced MS Office, especially Excel + Xero and CRM
- A flexible attitude and team player
- Curiosity, intuition, initiative and flair for organising
