A highly regarded US law firm is seeking a talented UK-qualified solicitor to join its growing Real Estate team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile corporate private equity real estate transactions alongside market-leading partners. The role focuses on a variety of asset classes and offers the chance to play a key role in the firm's ambitious growth strategy in the European real estate market.

The Role:

As part of the team, you will:

• Advise clients on direct asset acquisitions, disposals, and the full lifecycle of real estate ownership.
• Work on a range of transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and development projects.
• Collaborate closely with partners on complex, high-value deals across different asset classes such as hotels, retail, offices, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.
• Provide strategic advice to private equity investors and funds in corporate real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate key documents for real estate investments and asset management.

The Ideal Candidate:

• UK-qualified solicitor with 1-6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in real estate and corporate private equity real estate transactions.
• Expertise in asset acquisition, disposals, and real estate development.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to handle complex transactions and provide strategic advice in a fast-paced environment.
