This independent project consultancy are currently instructed on an array of high profile commercially led developments in central London with contract values ranging £100m-500m.

Due to on going new project instructions, they are keen to speak with Project Managers at Project Director / Director level who can act in a project and client lead capacity.

About you:

You will ideally be a project management professional with 10+ years experience in a consultancy or client leading large and complex redevelopment projects for investor/developer clients.

Additional candidate attributes:

• Degree qualified in a property related subject
• Ideally chartered such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 10+ years project management experience within a consultancy or client
• Experience delivering large scale cut & carve / redevelopment projects
• Proven in JCT contracts
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
