**Job Title**: Customer Technical Support Engineer
**Location**: Hybrid - weekly office visit - London or Bournemouth
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will provide comprehensive technical support, installation, and maintenance services for our suite of electrical and networking technologies used in heating network and carbon saving projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in engineering disciplines, particularly electrical engineering, and have experience with networking technologies related to heating and mechanical systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide prompt and accurate technical support to Installers and Engineers
- Advise on installation, configuration, and maintainance of electrical and networking equipment related to mechanical heating projects.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues involving hardware, software, and network configurations.
- Provide input to RAMS
- Coordinate with the engineering team to improve product design based on feedback and experiences from field installations and support encounters.
**Qualifications**:
- Level 3 diploma/NVQ in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role#
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, networking, and control systems as they relate to mechanical heating projects.
- Basic IP networking awareness or knowledge
