  • Support meetings with parents and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Prepare reports for the Director of Finance and external auditors.

About You

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a proven track record in finance administration. You'll have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in credit control or managing a sales ledger.
  • Strong administrative skills and high computer literacy (Excel, Word, databases, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with parents and staff.
  • Keen attention to detail and high levels of numeracy.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Previous experience working in a school environment.

What We Offer:

  • Salary:Circa £40k per annum, depending on experience.
  • Pension:Contributory membership of the School's Support Staff Pension Scheme, with a School contribution of up to 9.95% after six months of service.
  • Fee Remission:Up to 50% remission for girls and up to 20% remission for boys
  • Wellbeing Benefits:Access to the school's gym, swimming pool, yoga and fitness classes, plus regular staff social activities.
  • Additional Perks:Employee Assistance Programme, free on-site parking, and more.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated finance professional to make an impact in a key role within a prestigious and forward-thinking educational environment.
