We are looking for a Senior PMO Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis to play a key role in delivering Evri's strategic portfolio. The role will provide governance assurance to Evri's Transformation Portfolio.

You will be accountable for:
- Creating and facilitating governance reporting to governance forums including day to day management of change lifecycle and Portfolio Roadmap
- Managing and reconciling portfolio capitalisation budget including timesheets. Purchase orders, invoices collaborating with finance, business stakeholders, procurement.
- Managing annual research & development audit process.
- Managing support requests to PMO team.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create the vision of a Portfolio ecosystem between Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate, PowerFlow, SharePoint), Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Developer tools (GitHub, Jenkins) and ServiceNow.
- Supporting Principal PMO Manager / Senior Portfolio Manager in Identifying opportunities to automate delivery of Portfolio Management and Assurance.
- Supporting with testing visual reports, dashboards, & KPIs in Power BI, including custom visuals for specific data.
- Scrutinizing and analysing the financials to highlight any emergent challenges to capex and opex budget or trends which may result in budget variance requirements at project, programme and portfolio level.
- Acting as the first point of contact for PMO by actively championing the use of the Portfolio Process, ways of working, tools and systems to ensure the adoption of best practice project management.
- Monitoring and reporting on governance standards within the programmes and projects
To be successful in this role you will require the following…
- Excellent MS Office skills in PowerPoint and Excel, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Atlassian systems (Jira, Confluence) & interface with ability to integrate and interrogate as a data source.
- Qualification in project management practices (Prince2, APM, PMI) or equivalent working experience desirable.
- Qualification in Agile methodologies (SAFe Agile framework) or equivalent working experience desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Portfolio Management Office core process areas;

- Resource and Financial Forecasting
- Demonstrated use of the associated PPM tool sets and working experience in the definition of quality standards, processes and procedures to deliver projects on time, to cost and within scope.
- Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support across a fast paced and constantly changing environment dealing with recruitment, expenses, training, purchase orders and invoicing.
