A GP surgery based in Nottingham require an ANP to join them on a long term locum basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop management plans for patients.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions autonomously.
• Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with practice policies.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
• Independent Prescribing V300
• Experience in primary care or relevant clinical settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
