Level 3 TA or HLTA - Portsmouth Part time/Supply

We are seeking a dedicated HLTAs to join our team and support educators in providing high-quality education to primary aged students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special educational needs. This is a supply role so we are looking for candidates that are flexable and able to work a minumum if 1 day a week- this role will also suit someone who is available full time.

Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students with special educational needs.
- Provide individualized attention to students to enhance their learning experience
- Help maintain a safe and organised learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and development

Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and parents
- special education practices is desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting student learning

Job Type: part time and supply cover

Pay: £90.00-£120 per day
