Barista & Cafe Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our dynamic team! Our client pride themselves on serving some of the best coffee and serving the Mildura community. Â

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the cafe and coffee station.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with customers and answering their questions about menu items.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

About You:

• Proficiency in coffee brewing methods and espresso machine operation.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
