On behalf of our client, a specialist employment law firm, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Employment Law Solicitor to join their team on a consultancy basis. The Opportunity
As an Employment Law Consultant, you will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload and work on a variety of employment law matters, including advisory services, workplace disputes, and tribunal cases. This consultancy arrangement offers the freedom to operate independently, with the support of an established firm and access to high-quality resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising and representing clients on a broad range of employment law matters, including contract reviews, disciplinary actions, workplace disputes, and employment tribunal cases.
- Managing your own workload and caseload with the flexibility to work on your terms.
- Developing client relationships and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts.
- Providing practical and strategic legal advice in line with employment law regulations and best practices.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in employment law (5+ years PQE preferred).
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client relationship building.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team ethos.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing clear, practical legal advice.
