The opportunity:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our entrepreneurial management team from our London (hybrid) office. You will drive sales and new customer acquisition across each of our three core services embedded, contingency and retained. You will be supported by a growing team of highly experienced recruiters and TA consultants with a fantastic reputation for delivery.
What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the CEO, you will drive new client acquisition across each of our three core services
- Relationship-based sales - You will be an individual contributor, investing in building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Supporting the development of each of our core services as part of a collaborative team
Skills, Experience and Mindset required:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment sales experience (relevant means professional roles into corporates and start-ups)
- Experience recruiting into consulting or professional services is preferred (management consultancy/technology consulting & services/specialist boutiques)
- A track record of achieving sales targets including client origination and preferably, account management
- The ability to inspire those around you and help to foster a commercial mindset in colleagues
- Experience building and managing a sales team would be an advantage
- You will bring an entrepreneurial approach and an understanding of the value of developing long-term relationships and you'll enjoy the challenge of working with varied clients and projects
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to build trust, motivate and inspire others

You will be working alongside an experienced, ambitious, supportive team of recruiters and talent acquisition consultants.
