Business Analyst

Technical Business Analyst / Insurance / Permanent / London - Hybrid

We are working with a General Insurance client who are looking to hire a Technical Business Analyst into their centralised change function, to work with various business units on system-specific change.

This is an opportunity to join a reputable Insurer on system implementations, enhancements, and data analytics in aid of improving customer experience.

To be considered for this role you must have the following experience:

• Experience working in the General Insurance domain is essential.
• A deep understanding of the insurance lifecycle, customer journey and Insurance terminology is essential for this role.
• Experience working with customer facing platforms, claims handling and data management.
• Experience delivering user stories in an Agile framework.
• Customer centric experience.
• Experience working with a variety of delivery models, including Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Experience working with engineering development and support and testing teams.

This is a hybrid position, requiring weekly travel to the London office.
