Stock and Sytems Clerk (Nights)

The WEB at Rockingham, is our new 528,000 sq.ft shared user facility, designed to deliver highly automated end-to-end eFulfilment services to multiple customers. We are looking for two Stock and Systems Clerks (Nights) , with the goal of processing incoming stock through the warehouse management system. Candidates must be happy to carry out a combination of desk based and physical tasks. You will be required to safely move stock around the warehouse, including at height on occasion. Training will be provided.
Location: The Web, Rockingham Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: Any 5 of 7 days, 22.00pm 06.00am
£12.80 per hour plus shift premiums and overtime rates

What we need:

• To keep accurate records of pallets to avoid financial exposure and inability.
• Proactively manage all stock movement documentation, in line with agreed procedures. .
• To liaise with customers, hauliers and internal customers on all issues relating to the operation.
• Maintain internal database's and schedules effectively.
• Layout Profiling

What will you bring?

• Effective communication skills at all levels of internal & external customers, verbally and in writing.
• Possess accuracy skills and ability to carry out tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, whilst providing flexibility and reliability.
• Must be PC literate Microsoft packages including Excel to an. intermediate level.
