MES Consultant

The Role:

The candidate will drive & support MES implementation for large manufacturers. Will also be responsible for design, integration, lifecycle management, development of solutions

Area of Responsibility

• End-to-End MES Solution / Systems / technical Design
• and performance models for downstream/ communication systems
• of Interface definitions during the execution phase for the MES Supplier
• Deployment Models
• / Coordination of User Acceptance testing
• of various on-shore/off shore technical resources.
• & Development of components \ module.
• and Commissioning of MES components.
• business requirement.

Knowledge / Experience

• A deep understanding of Manufacturing Systems and Plant Floor Systems.
• deep understanding of the core concepts for supervisory control and data acquisition in a manufacturing environment.
• of the Automotive Business Operating Model
• of queue-based communication to external system.
• Data collection, Analysis and Reporting
• of PLC, SCADA Systems
• in any reporting tool (Power BI, Tableau) etc.,
• Proficy Suite Products –Cimplicity, Workflow, Historian etc.,
• deep understanding OPC , MQTT , AMQP protocols.
• about RDBMS , writing optimized sql query , db optimization.
• about Devops tools like Jenkins, BitBucket , Docker , etc .
• / MoM implementation for Automotive is a plus.
