Graduate Applications Engineer based in Rungis (France)
Our Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program is a 12-month journey designed specifically for graduates who completed their education not more than 2 years ago and are seeking to take part in a practical learning curriculum. We provide a platform to work with experienced mentors to accelerate and establish a solid foundation to build and grow your career at Arrow. During the program, selected candidates will improve both professional and soft skills and will be able to meet with and learn from experts across the business.By the end of the program, you will have the ground to further develop a successful career in Arrow.

What you should expect from the role:

As an FAE at Arrow Electronics, the primary role is to provide technical support and expertise to customers. An FAE would bring several valuable contributions to a customer, including:
• Technical knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of Arrow's products, services, and solutions. Provide customers with guidance on how to choose the right components or solutions that meet their needs.
• Problem-solving skills: Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and offer practical solutions that meet their requirements.
• Design expertise: Assist customers in designing and developing custom solutions that meet their unique specifications.
• Product validation: Engage suppliers to assist with product validation to ensure that the products meet the customer's requirements and standards. Examples, schematic reviews, radio antenna designs, pre-compliance testing etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with customers and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Key Point of Contact: Act as a liaison between the customer and suppliers, ensuring that the customer's requirements are understood and met. In practice, this can be supply of development kit and reference designs, guidance on software libraries, selection of components etc.
• System cost down advice: Suggest solutions and techniques which can benefit the overall cost of the Bills Of Material (BOM) or improve availability of parts in respect to lead times.

Requirements:
• You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
• You have obtained a bachelor's or master's degree Electronics Engineering or related degree before October 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
• Business fluent French AND English (oral & written).
• Sound knowledge of concepts in Electronics Engineering.
• Good understanding of latest technologies and trends in the market.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be able to interact proactively with the team and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new platforms and systems with an innovative approach.
• You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
• Creative, outside-the-box thinker who brings something new to the table and is not afraid to share those ideas.
