- Program Coordination: Coordinating program processes to ensure delivery of program objectives. Create/maintain names of plan owners/coordinators, awareness/communication materials, track participation in awareness campaigns and collaborate with the Business Continuity MI & Reporting Analyst to ensure any set awareness/training requirements for plan owner and plan coordinators are completed.
- Business Continuity Plan Owner Community: Support building and maintaining a global plan owner community based on common plan owner responsibilities and support to address similar challenges faced globally.
- Capability Enhancement: Work with the Global BC Manager and Plan Owner community to drive continuous improvement and grow BC/Operational Resilience capability through creating and maintaining channels (e.g. BC Intranet site) for access to guidance materials, shared experience and good practice.
- Data Integration: Work closely with the Business Continuity MI & Reporting Analyst to identify awareness and training needs across the global plan owner community and develop and/or enhance training and awareness materials to meet stakeholder needs.
- Metrics Development: Work with the Business Continuity MI & Reporting Analyst to design and develop metrics that assist in tracking awareness levels and business continuity capability for plan owners and coordinators.
- Onboarding: Develop and maintain an on-boarding process for new/changing Plan Owners and Coordinators to ensure they are appropriately informed when taking on the role.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business and cross-functional teams, including Group Risk & Internal Controls, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, to coordinate and address communication and awareness needs

- Significant experience of working on diverse operations projects and/or supporting program coordination.
- Participated in communication/awareness campaigns or requirements.
- Solid understanding of organisational and geographical culture challenges and needs.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Under the direction of the Global Business Continuity Manager, Group Security Operations, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for support in the building and maintaining of effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the global program and processes are consistent and integrated as necessary across Regions, Clusters, Businesses and Group Functions. A core component of achieving this objective will be creating, developing, and maintaining Group Business Continuity communications and awareness content to underpin the global business continuity/Operational Resilience program.
