Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary Senior Designer to work in a very talented creative team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing and executing exceptional creative ideas. As a senior designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and creating world-class work, ensuring they align with clients' brand values while pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Be part of the development and execution of creative materials from briefing through concept, executing, and production, with guidance from the creative director and Design Leads.

•⁠ ⁠Contribute to the evolution of our brand by exploring unique ideas, production, processes, approaches, methods, and solutions

•⁠ ⁠Ensure design consistency and excellence across a variety of deliverables and brand touchpoints

•⁠ ⁠Ensure thoughtful visual consistency and quality across multiple areas of work by sharing progress, providing thoughtful critique, and working collaboratively with Brand designers, copywriters, partners and leadership

•⁠ ⁠You are able to effectively manage upwards and downwards when the situation requires escalation or delegation.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Designer, preferably with a background in luxury, tourism or placemaking

•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, ideally showcasing some of the industries mentioned

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 3-5 years working within a fast-paced design agency environment

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Suite.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•⁠ ⁠Having the ability to manage clients where needed would be a huge benefit

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
