In this exciting role, you'll:

• Discover and recruit top-tier social media influencers across various platforms.
• Develop and manage comprehensive influencer campaigns for leading brands.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both influencers and clients.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Oversee the creative process, collaborating with influencers to produce high-impact content.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future optimization.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field.
• Strong contact with gaming creators
• A deep understanding of the social media landscape and influencer ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• A data-driven approach with a knack for generating reports and analyzing results.
