We are seeking a Quality Improvement Analyst to join our team at our program. This is a remote Position. Location: Remote (Open to Candidates Residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA) Earn:$55,000 Position Details: Through the use of data, this position will improve consumer outcomes and experience at the micro and macro level. The position will use the data to influence key business deicsions while driving quality improvement efforts such as population health, the correction action plan process and the complaint and grievance process. * Support QI efforts in areas such as consumer complaints and grievances, correction action plans, high risk notifications and the incorporation of population health data and analysis into the PQI outcomes and process. * Through the use of data, identify universal or emerging trends and areas of risk. * Coordinate and manage responses and feedback to programs or payers in the appropriate timeframe. * Develops reports and summaries for discussion to program management related to quality improvement initiatives. * Support the development and implementation of improvement plans in response to identified areas of risk. * Directly interface with individuals we serve, and with internal and external entities. * Escalates high-priority issues or risks, as appropriate and monitors progress and results. * Aggregate and analyze data to understand why problems occur. * Analyze data to identify trends and areas for opportunities of improvement * Facilitate meetings and discussion with program management relative to quality improvement efforts and consumer satisfaction. * Support the development and implementation of improvement plans in response to identified risk areas. * Assist in development/enhancement of technology infrastructure needed to support the databases * May serve as the project lead for assigned activities from the QCO workplan. * Incorporates population health data into the PQI outcomes and process. * Supports operations with data collection and analysis. apply today at: www.Merakey.org/careers Requisition number: 95756 Benefits Merakey offers medical, dental - vision insurance plans, competitive compensation plans and more! * DailyPay * Work/Life Balance * Flexible Schedules * Cell Phone Discount Plans * Employee Referral Bonuses * Tuition Reimbursement * Care.com Membership About Merakey Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services.
