The Company:

Harnham have exclusively partnered with a high growth Boutique Research & Insight company that specialises in B2B tech & Media Research looking for a Director/Head of Research to join their expanding insight team.

The Role:

As a Research Director you will be responsible for the following;

• Lead small and mid-sized bespoke research and insights projects. Run large-scale projects with support from Directors.
• Manage and own specific client relationships on one or more key accounts, actively developing opportunities within these accounts through conversations and marketing activities
• Coach and mentor junior researchers on research best practices
• End-to-end project management – ensure projects meet key milestones, on budget and client is delighted with quality deliverables
• Lead in brainstorm and execution, both at the beginning of the project for questionnaire/discussion guide design; and on the back-end with analysis, story-boarding, and reporting
• Draft, develop and present proposals to clients, either independently or (for larger / hybrid proposals) in support of senior colleagues across the company

Skills and Experience:

• B2B research experience (especially within agency)
• Experience in the media, tech, or entertainment (sports/gaming) sectors
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with stastical methods such as segmentation, conjoint, key drivers analysis – Experience with SPSS, Q, or similar software
• Experience running run big complex B2B quant projects
• Experience moderating interviews – Experience with a range of qualitative techniques (IDIs, focus groups, online discussion boards)

The benefits:

As Research Director, you can earn up to a base of £100,000 plus an aggressive benefits package
