Position:
Account Manager / Production Controller for the Print and Point-of-Sale industry
Salary:
34-38K
The Company:
My client specialises in B1, B2, Small and Large Format Digital
Hours:
Monday – Friday - 9:00am – 17:00pm
The Role:
* Support their clients sales and production team.
* Process client orders to their key clients.
* Working with clients and colleagues to the agreed specification.
* Raise job bags with the correct information and ensuring they’re up to date.
* Liaising with production to ensure work is progressing in a timely manner.
* Using all aspects of the clients Management Information System to assist in the efficient performance in their business.
* Place orders with the clients’ suppliers and working with them to ensure they meet their clients’ expectations.
* The preparation of labels, delivery notes, load up sheets and delivery details to achieve the agreed delivery date.
* The preparation of invoices to ensure that their have a purchase order and cover all appropriate costs and any extras.
Requirements:
* A full understanding of print and production processes
* Able to work unsupervised
* Able ability to manage a busy schedule
* Able to liaise with client and production teams
* Able to ensure that their projects are delivered on time
* Have a good overview of work in hand
