Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time
Pay: £160-£210 per day
Location: Cheshunt

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team and make a significant impact on our young learners. As a KS1 Teacher, you will be at the forefront of shaping the educational journey of our Key Stage 1 students, inspiring them to develop a love for learning from a young age. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be valued.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational and personal development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a diverse classroom environment.
• A proactive and positive approach to teaching, with a willingness to embrace new ideas and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student well-being and development.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the development of the school’s curriculum and teaching strategies.
• Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and achievements.
