TMT Lawyer


This leading cosmetics brand now has an opportunity for a commercial/marketing lawyer to join its international legal team, based in Central London.


The Opportunity


The business now has a need for a TMT lawyer to join the business and take responsibility for a wide range of matters largely related to the marketing of their amazing products including advertising laws and regulations, sponsorship agreements, brand partnerships, influencer agreements, IP and consumer law matters.


You will also draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including retail agreements, supply and distribution, agreements with agencies and IP licensing.


The work will be varied and as part of an global team, you will work directly with lots of areas of the business; you will have the opportunity to establish strong relationships and truly partner with the business, supporting this high profile brand in its growth of market share in highly competitive global environment.


The brand is growing globally along with the legal team and as a result, this is truly a key role for the business.


About You


The role will best suit a TMT lawyer who enjoys variety as well as working with brands. Experience with marketing law and consumer regulations is key, with an understanding of e-commerce, sponsorships and IP also being helpful.


The ability to work with a global brand is also key, along with the ability to establish relationships with both internal and external stakeholders across a global business.
