Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Management: Drive and manage the recruitment process for all retail outlets across the country, ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled and motivated staff. Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a robust talent pipeline for future leadership and key roles. Training & Development: Coordinate and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, aligning with company goals and values. KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and development. Staff Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies and targeting communities. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment within the restaurant or retail trade sector. Relevant HR qualification Must be willing and able to travel nationwide to visit retail outlets and attend recruitment events. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
