Asset Manager

I have partnered with a client side organisation based in London to make a hire within their Commercial Property team for an Asset Manager.

In your role as Asset Manager, you will playing a vital role in the maintenance and enhancements of the Estates’ value. You will also be focusing on maintaining service charges and ensuring tenants are satisfied.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is interested in working on a diverse portfolio in Central London,

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong experience in Property Management, and will be able to think strategically in order to settle in with the rest of the team. It is essential that you are RICS qualified.

My client is looking to pay up to £65,000 with a generous bonus, and you will also have the opportunity to work from home twice a week.
