Main duties: Using your business experience, you will be working within the trading team being responsible for the development and growth of the Spanish speaking markets.

The role:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers and customers

- Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers ensuring all contracts are put in place

- Be responsible for the purchase and trade of metals within the designated region

- Provide support to the logistics team

- Be responsible for risk management strategy

- Provide monthly profit / loss reports and stock recon

- Assist with all other reporting as required

The candidate:

- Fluent in Spanish essential

- Proven commercial acumen required preferably within the metals trading industry

- An interest in working with the recycling industry beneficial

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders

- able to establish good relationships with customers and colleagues

- Strong work ethic and able to work as part of a team

The salary: between £50,000 and £70,000 pa depending on experience plus bonus scheme
