About The Role


Our team is growing and we are looking for a talented Senior Adaptive Designer who has a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem solving, to join our creative team. This is a great opportunity for an inspiring team player with a positive attitude, working in a friendly and relaxed, yet focused and environment.


This a key role within the design team, which reports to the Design Director. Entrusted with a high degree of creative custodianship, you’ll be empowered to take ownership of projects and the quality of the work produced.


Our ideal candidate is creative, professional and enthusiastic, an excellent designer with a passion for developing big brand ideas into wide reaching design systems. Having previously worked in a similar agency environment, you have a keen eye for detail, you’re truly passionate about design with a thorough understanding of communication, branding, packaging adaptation and roll out. You’re focused, open minded, and are excited by being part of our growing studio within our Global network.


What you’ll do

You’ll develop a broad understanding of the markets, sectors, our client’s brands and needs

You’ll apply your creative thinking to develop design solutions and expand them across an array of variants, formats and substrates, successfully taking projects from briefing stage through to the final delivery

You have ownership of all your projects, understand and deliver to production processes and the implications of design proposals

You’ll be able to work independently, and provide inspirational directions to the more junior members of the team, share your knowledge and skills

Move effectively while still being meticulous and conscientious in your work


What you’ll need


A solid experience in branding, packaging design and pack adaptation

A great portfolio that shows creativity and systems thinking in the world of FMCG

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to translate design briefs into compelling systemised solutions and expanded, consistent, wide reaching executions

Great presentation skills, articulating ideas with conviction in client facing situations

To understand and work with existing brand standards, systems and guidelines, and deliver packaging solutions consistently against them, maintaining their structures, values and voice

A hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail and great crafting, typography, image handling and composition skills

Organisation skills. You can effectively manage your time, prioritise your work and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Be a great collaborator with creative, client services and project management team colleagues

An understanding of print production processes and the ability to build high quality design

A grounded working knowledge of the usual Adobe software (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
