Hi, We’re Sayer Vincent and we’re not your typical audit firm!


We’ve been around for quite a while… established in 1983 by three accountants committed to social justice they saw the need for dedicated specialist audit and advice for charities and social purpose organisations. About your role


We’re looking for a real super-user who is passionate about helping us to expand our digital engagement and footprint. You will be reporting to our Change & Operations Manager sitting within our wider operational support team. If your passionate about projects and really looking to make your mark on a business this could be the perfect position for you.


Your responsibilities

  • Manage staff permissions and access for our business systems.
  • Play a key role in implementing and rolling out new technology, working alongside outsourced IT support and external providers or key staff teams where required.
  • Ensure adherence to software licensing and information compliance regulations in our use of business systems and software.
  • Keep up to date with changes to technology to ensure we continue to get best value from the products we use.
  • Provide staff training, liaising with staff teams and working groups to understand key challenges within existing systems and technology.
  • Creating user friendly training materials to support with staff training and system implementation.

About you

  • Experience working with M365 applications
  • Ability to translate potentially technical language into clear and jargon free training/guidance.
  • Ability to build strong and productive working relationships, with enthusiasm to support and develop others.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with pride in the job at hand
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning about business systems and processes – you don’t need to know everything but should have some experience of working with various technologies or business systems.



Essentials & Qualifications

  • Experience of SharePoint, Teams and other MS applications at super user or site collection admin level.
  • Ability to translate potentially technical language into clear and jargon free training/guidance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with pride in the job at hand
  • Enthusiasm for learning about business systems and processes – you don’t need to know everything but should have some experience of working with various technologies or business systems.


Desirable

  • Proficient in developing and delivering training to range of skill levels (in person and remotely)
  • General understanding of data protection and information management best practices

Salary: £29-32k Dependant on Experience
