Senior Legal Counsel - Venture Capital

Our client a London based investor is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their established legal function. This role requires a versatile lawyer who can manage a broad range of legal issues, including commercial law, financial services, real estate and employment. Strong drafting skills, a pragmatic approach to risk, and the ability to provide both technical legal analysis and commercial, risk-based decisions are essential.

The ideal candidate will have a background in corporate M&A or be an ex-commercial litigator, possessing sharp negotiation skills and a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. You'll thrive in handling complex matters, from structuring deals and acquisitions to managing contentious disputes, with the ability to balance risk management and commercial opportunities.
