• An absolute essential is an agency background delivering similar events globally
• Line management experience as this role will see you managing and developing a team
• Strong stakeholder management experience both with clients and suppliers
• A commercial mindset with experience managing £1m+ budgets in multiple currencies
• A real love of rolling your sleeves up and leading from the front
