Technology Counsel - 12 month FTC

London hybrid - £70,000 - £110,000

Lawrence Harvey is looking for an experienced Technology Lawyer to join our clients established team on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. This role will be focusing on managing various international Tech/IT/SaaS contract matters across our clients many business units.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft and negotiate complex technology contracts on an international scale.
2. Support business functions ranging from operations to marketing by providing legal support and advice.
3. Review policies, procedures, and align with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. At least 5 years PQE as a UK qualified solicitor.
2. Experience working in the Tech/IT contracts space.
3. Experience working with UK & EU laws and regulations.
