We are seeking talented and driven UK-trained Tax Lawyers to join our dynamic and well-regarded law firm. This opportunity is ideal for either a trainee qualifying in March 2025 or a qualified tax associate with 2+ years PQE, who is eager to contribute to a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality legal advice on corporate tax, incentives, or funds to a broad range of clients, including multinational corporations and high-net-worth individuals.
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on complex tax transactions, structuring, and compliance matters.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies and help them navigate UK tax law and regulatory frameworks.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and tax-related agreements with precision and clarity.
• Stay updated on tax legislation changes and new case law, ensuring your advice remains cutting-edge and commercially relevant.

Required Experience:

• Strong experience in corporate tax, incentives, or funds tax gained at a top-tier or well-regarded law firm.
• Proven ability to provide detailed, pragmatic legal advice and manage client relationships effectively.
• Exceptional research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a solution-focused mindset.
