Operations Manager

A Lloyds Syndicate is looking for an Operations Manager to join their growing team with a key focus on Operational Resilience and the management of Third Parties. This is a brand new role within the organisation and would suit someone who is ambitious and keen to develop within their role.

Key responsibilities:

Operational Resilience

• Track, monitor and report on operational resilience performance, ensuring all documentation is updated and maintained
• Continue to pursue an air of continuous improvement with regards to Operational Resilience practices
• Implement a system of testing operational resilience

Third-Party Management

• Maintain the outsourcing and third-party register
• Provide support on the procurement of outsourced providers and take responsibility for the onboarding there of
• Track and monitor the performance of third-parties and outsourced providers

Operational Performance

• Provide operational support and assistance to senior management
• Support the development and delivery of the Operational Strategy and monitor all progress against objectives via the Operations Tracker
• Maintain a library of company-wide policies and procedures

Qualifications

To apply for this role, you will need a background in Operational Resilience gained from a Financial Services environment. You will be able to manage a myriad of tasks and effectively prioritise; show a keen interest in continuous improvement; be a strong team player and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

Base salary - £70,000

Location - London city

Working pattern - 4 days a week in the office
