Corporate Lawyer, Leading Impact organisation

Our client

A leading player in the development/impact space is looking for a 3+PQE Corporate or Commercial lawyer to join their legal team. Key Responsibilities:

You will be working on cross border initiatives supporting the business on a variety of matters. Some of the work you will be involved in will include:

• Provide legal advice and support to the board on a range of projects
• Draft, negotiate, and manage complex project transaction documents, finance contracts, and grant funding documents.
• Support other internal departments on matters such as corporate governance, public procurement, contract negotiation
• Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years* of experience as a corporate or commercial lawyer in private practice, similar institution or financial services firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering practical, business-friendly solutions.
