Introduction:

We are on the lookout right now, for a dynamic and an experienced and talented Qualitative researcher! This is a great opportunity for curious, passionate, creative and driven individuals who like taking ownership proactively and independently, to lead the delivery of our qualitative research, working with some incredible clients.

Responsibilities:

You will be focused on client management and project delivery working closely with your Qualitative Research Manager and will be responsible for the delivery of all your qualitative research projects from design through to delivery. You will build and maintain an exciting, fun and supportive environment in which the team can grow it’s qualitative skills and client base. This role is pivotal in growing our qualitative positioning with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure we are seen as strong partners to our clients.

You will be set up for success by working with a highly invested qualitative commercial lead who will guide and mentor you in this strong period of growth. Together, you will deliver smart proposals, as well as sharp, action-oriented insights to some of the biggest blue chip and most exciting companies.

You will help clients across an array of qualitative solutions – using digital technology as well as traditional methods. Studies will be varied in terms of methodologies, markets and industries, ensuring that each project brings a new, exciting challenge and an opportunity to fuse best practice and learnings over time.

Required skill set:

• Demonstrable Experience of 8+ years with qualitative research methods and techniques, end to end.
• A passion for brands and product innovation, digital media and making an impact
• A natural talent in listening, asking the right questions and turning insight into actionable stories for clients.
• Direct client management and client presentation experience
• Experience with managing / coaching a small team of researchers on qualitative project delivery.
