Senior Commercial Lawyer – 6-Month Contract (Fully Remote)

A leading global consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Lawyer to join their team on a 6-month contract.

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Legal and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and negotiating complex contracts with high-profile clients such as sovereign wealth funds, government entities, and key departments across health, military, defense, and transport sectors. You will also handle complex contract remediation for cybersecurity services.

The ideal candidate will be an English or common law-qualified solicitor with extensive experience in commercial contracts, gained either in-house or at a leading law firm.

This fully remote position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and deliver high-quality legal support in a dynamic environment.
