Compliance Officer

Our client is a global asset manager who is recognised as the world’s no. 1 infrastructure investment manager. They provide investment solutions across Private Markets and Public Investments.

This organisation has seen significant growth over the years and shows no sign of stopping. Now, a role for a compliance professional has arisen in this organisation’s flagship Real Assets business: a broad compliance advisory role spanning the business’ private markets funds offering.

The successful candidate will:

• Advise on the launch of new products from a regulatory, licensing and marketing perspective;
• Take an active role on firm-wide strategic projects (which may be related to expansion into new territories or related to regulatory change matters);
• Take ownership of new business lines, such as alternative wealth strategies targeting a new customer base;
• Providing training and advisory support directly to the front office business teams within Private Markets.

This organisation is open to applications from candidates with in-house private funds legal or compliance background (or blend of both).
