Commercial Real Estate | Senior Associate

The team advises a variety of clients, including occupiers, national operators, property developers, investors, and lenders, on matters such as:

• Negotiating leases and landlord/tenant agreements
• Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties
• Acquisitions of development and investment sites
• Property portfolio management
• Title-related matters

You’ll work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with colleagues from the construction, corporate, planning, and finance teams.

Requirements:

• UK-qualified solicitor with 6 years PQE
• Strong experience in commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work
• Commercially aware
• Experience supervising junior colleagues is a plus
