Culture and Sustainability Manager, HR Consulting Firm

A consulting firm specialising in employee investigations, culture, and HR consulting solutions is keen to speak with an additional culture and sustainability expert to support its growing client base.

You will develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce the organisation’s environmental impact. Engage clients in sustainability programs through communication from a people, practice, governance, strategy and behavioural perspective. Conduct research and analysis to assess the effectiveness of current culture and sustainability practices.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication and influencing skills to drive engagement and participation. A mixture of culture, investigations, DEI, HR and employment law expertise is highly advantageous.
