Restructuring Associate | NQ - 4 PQE | Elite US firm

You will join an elite US law firm that’s looking to expand its restructuring team in London. This is an opportunity for ambitious lawyers to work on complex, cross-border financial restructurings and special situations debt transactions.

As an associate in the team, you will be involved in advising on high-value, cross-border restructurings, stressed liability management transactions, and special situations debt transactions.

You will work closely with a respected partner and a recently hired Of Counsel, both of whom have extensive experience in advising global clients such as direct lending funds, CLOs, capital solution funds and larger asset managers and corporates.

Requirements

• UK-qualified lawyer with NQ – 4 PQE, with experience in cross-border financial restructuring.
• Commercially aware, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
