A new pharmacy launched and a new clinic to come, in the iconic Battersea Power Station (London).


This consultant led healthcare start-up is going to experience significant growth in revenues, headcount, services and facilities over the next few years, with aspirational targets projected to 2031.


Responsibilities:

As Registered Nurse you will be responsible for and involved with:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care within LIPS Healthcare.
  • The effective operations of the consulting rooms and intervention, minor procedure suite, playing an active role in conducting patient tests and supporting minor procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, the nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
  • Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues, providing meticulous documentation, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Promoting an excellent patient experience in a private care setting with attention to key stakeholders such as Consultants
  • Ensuring the calm and effective running of the service on a day to day basis.


Qualifications, proficiencies and capabilities:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Additional training or certification in outpatient nursing.
  • Certification in Advanced Life Support (ALS) or equivalent.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and commitment to maintaining up-to date nursing knowledge
  • Independent sector/ Private Patient experience
  • Outpatient operations
  • Proficient in administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Competent in managing and monitoring patients undergoing outpatient procedures.
  • Sound understanding of infection control practices.
